Hammond again recalled by the Avalanche

Goaltender Andrew Hammond has again been recalled by the Colorado Avalanche.

In 18 games with Belleville this season, Hammond in 8-6-2 with a 3.34 GAA and a .900 save percentage.

Hammond is 27-14-6 in 55 NHL games, all with Ottawa. Hammond was traded to Colorado on Nov. 5 as part of the Ottawa Senators’ acquisition of Matt Duchene but was loaned back to Belleville. This will be his third recall by Colorado since the trade.
