Rodewald and Chlapik receive NHL call-ups

 

 

Forwards Jack Rodewald and Filip Chlapik have been recalled by the Ottawa Senators.

Rodewald, 23, is tied for first in goals for Belleville with three and has registered four points in five games this season after missing the season opening weekend in Laval.

Chlapik, 20, has three assists in seven games this season in his first professional season. During three seasons in junior with the Charlottetown Islanders, the Czech Republic native put up 220 points (79 goals) in 173 games.

Neither player has yet to play in the NHL.
