Senators reassign McCormick to Belleville



The Ottawa Senators have reassigned forward Max McCormick to the Belleville Senators.

McCormick played for Ottawa in last night’s loss to Pittsburgh registering an assist. In six games this season in the NHL, McCormick has two points.

The 25-year-old is Belleville’s leading scorer this season with 27 points (eight goals) in 48 games. He also has the Sens’ two lone short-handed goals this season.

McCormick will be available for Belleville tonight against Laval.
