Senators sign Doornbosch to a second PTO

 

 

The Belleville Senators have signed defenceman Jamie Doornbosch to another professional tryout agreement.

Doornbosch was initially signed on Dec. 22 before being released on Dec. 27. He played one game for Belleville.

The 27-year-old has spent the majority of the season in the ECHL where he has played 17 games with Wichita, registering a goal and eight points, as well as two games with Brampton where he has two assists.

The Richmond Hill native does have NHL experience having played in one game for the New York Islanders during the 2010-11 season.
