Gustavsson, Leier head to Brampton

The Ottawa Senators have reassigned goaltender Filip Gustavsson to the ECHL’s Brampton Beast while Belleville has loaned forward Boston Leier to the team.

Gustavsson is 12-15-2 in 30 games with Belleville this season but hasn’t played since Feb. 9. Leier has a goal and five assists in 33 games with Belleville this year and an assist in one contest with Brampton.

In a corresponding move, Belleville recalled goaltender Jake Paterson from the Beast.

Belleville returns to the ice Wednesday to host the Utica Comets. Tickets are available by clicking here.
