Season Ticket FAQs

When can I renew my seats?

Renewals will start on Friday, March 8 at 9am. You will be able to renew your seats online through your Account Manager or by contacting your dedicated Account Executive. The last day to renew your Season Tickets without a price increase is 5pm on Friday, March 29. All unrenewed seats will be released to the general public as of 6pm Friday, March 29.

Will there be a price increase on my season seats for the upcoming season?

Season Ticket Holders who renew before March 29 will see no change in the price they pay for their 2019-20 AHL Season tickets. Note that we have included four additional games for the 2019 Rookie Showcase into each Season Ticket package at a reduced price. This will increase the overall cost of the package very slightly.

What If I am away when renewals occur?

As of March 8 you can log in to your Account Manager to complete your renewal online. You may also contact your Account Executive directly or our office at 613-967-8067 between 9-5pm Monday to Friday, and we are able to complete the process over the telephone.

How can I change my seat location for next season?

To be a part of our relocation process, you must renew your current Season Tickets first. Upon renewing, you will be able to indicate that you would like to explore relocation. Further information on this process will be emailed to you shortly after your renewal. Relocation priority will be based on PRN number. If you are unable to attend your relocation time, you can visit the box office any time after this date. We will also host an open house where all Season Ticket Holders can have one last look around for possible relocation options.

Can I purchase additional Season Tickets?

Absolutely! This must be done in consultation with your Account Executive. If you are looking to add seats and relocate your current seats, you will need to sign up for a relocation date and add your new seats at that time.

Can I share my Season Tickets with others?

Definitely! The seats remain the property of the person who ordered them, but we encourage people who cannot make every game to share them with family, friends and business associates. You can also donate your tickets to charity and receive a tax receipt. All of these options are made quick and easy through your online Account Manager.

What are the payment options for Season Ticket Holders?

Fans can purchase their tickets immediately in full via debit card or any major credit card. Otherwise, there are two, four and seven no interest equal monthly payment options. With these payment plans, your first payment is due immediately and the next payments occur on the 15th of each consecutive month. All payments must be made prior to September 15th.
