The Belleville Senators are excited to announce that its first ‘Senators Golf Classic presented by Shorelines Casino Belleville’ will take place on Sept. 27 at Black Bear Ridge Golf Course.
All funds raised from the tournament will be donated to the Three Oaks Foundation who provide shelter and services for abused women and their children.
“We’re excited to team up with Shorelines Casino Belleville to provide the first annual Senators Golf Classic,” Belleville Senators COO Rob Mullowney said. “This tournament will provide local businesses with a fun-filled day, the opportunity to interact with our players and staff all while raising money for a great cause in the Three Oaks Foundation.”
The tournament will begin at 11am with a shotgun start and will also feature on-course activities. A dinner will follow that will also include an awards presentation and a silent auction.
“Three Oaks is thrilled and very excited to be the recipient of the proceeds from this golf tournament and send our thanks to both Shorelines Casino and the Senators,” said Sandy Watson-Moyles, Executive Director of the Three Oaks Foundation. “We are grateful to Shorelines Casino for all they have done for us this year and look forward to tournament day.
“On behalf of the board, staff and most importantly the women we serve, our heartfelt appreciation to both Shorelines and the Senators for what we are certain will be a stellar tournament and loads of fun.”
Registration for a team of three is $1250. Each golf team will be joined by a representative from the Belleville Senators organization including players and coaches. Every player will also receive a Belleville Senators gift bag that includes limited edition products valued at $200.
Sponsorship packages for the tournament are also available with all proceeds also going to the Three Oaks Foundation.
