Gates open an hour and a half before puck drop on weekdays, and an hour before puck drop on weekends.

Our autograph station (if it’s running during the game) is located at the Ledge (top of section 108). In-arena announcements will be made to remind fans and let them know if it’s running.

Our arena has accessible seating options for anyone with mobility issues and their guests spread out across the arena. There are also two elevators (by the box office, and inside Gate 3). No, we do not allow any outside food or drink into the arena besides refillable water bottles.

Small cameras are allowed in CAA Arena WITHOUT flash. Large professional style cameras (DSLR or mirrorless cameras with the ability to change lenses) are not permitted without media accreditation. Most practices are closed to the public, however, we will occasionally open practices to season ticket holders, or the general public. Follow the Belleville Sens on social media for those updates.

Children two-years-old and under do not require a ticket, unless they are to occupy a seat. If the child cannot comfortably sit on your lap for the duration of the game, they will require a ticket.
