Jarid Lukosevicius Kyle Betts News Release Share this Jarid Lukosevicius and Kyle Betts return to Belleville on professional tryout offers November 10, 2023 The Belleville Senators are announcing today the club has signed forwards Jarid Lukosevicius and Kyle Betts to professional tryout offers. Both players return to Belleville after playing on PTOs with the club last season and starting the current season in the ECHL. 28-year-old Lukosevicius played 52 games with the American Hockey League Senators last season, registering 13 points (seven goals, six assists) and has put up eight points (five goals, three assists) over eight gmaes this season with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL. The native of Squamish, British Columbia, has played a total of 160 AHL games in his career, notching 42 points (24 goals, 18 assists), and won an NCAA title with the University of Denver in 2017-18. Betts, 26, dressed in 40 games for Belleville in 2022-23, scoring once and adding two assists. He has five points (one goal, four assists) over five games with the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies so far this season. The native of Flesherton, Ontario has dressed in 55 total pro games (two goals, 13 assists), since graduating from Cornell University. Both Lukosevicius and Betts join the Sens in the midst of their three-game homestand, which continues tonight, with the first of two games this weekend against the Cleveland Monsters (Columbus Blue Jackets). Tonight’s game can be seen on AHL TV and heard on the Belleville Sens Entertainment Network. Pregame coverage from CAA Arena in Belleville, Ontario, begins at 6:50 p.m. (ET).
