Each of our 2026 Exit Interviews highlights a player’s season, some of their favourite moments off the ice, and their plans heading into the summer. A key cog in the Belleville Sens’ offensive wheel this season, Phil Daoust put up professional career highs in games played (63), goals (14), assists (36), and points (50). He finished his fifth professional season in third place on Belleville’s team points list, and gives himself a shot to get back on an NHL contract in 2026-27 and beyond, after playing with Belleville on an AHL deal this past season.
