New minor hockey contests launch ahead of Belleville Sens 2026-27 season

With a new season on the horizon, the Belleville Senators are excited to launch a new series of minor hockey contests, aimed at getting young players closer to the pros on game nights.

The Senators will award in-game experience prizes to seven minor hockey teams, with one team selected each month over the course of the club’s 10th-anniversary campaign in 2026-27, starting with the home opener on Friday, October 2, 2026, against the Hamilton Hammers (AHL Affiliate of the New York Islanders).

Potential group experiences your team could win include the Benchwarmers (on the bench during the pregame warm-up), Blue Line Club (stand alongside the Sens during the anthem), High Five Hallways (pump up the players as they hit the ice), or others! Plus, each team will receive a free ticket for each player for that game (additional tickets available at a discounted rate), an in-game welcome on the video board, and a post-game photo on the ice with Belly!
