Belleville Sens seeking enthusiastic candidates to join Game Day Operations Team

The American Hockey League affiliate of the Ottawa Senators is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill several roles on the club’s Game Day Operations Team. The Senators have opportunities available on the Promo Team, Production Crew, and Ice Maintenance Crew, ahead of the 2026-27 season, which begins on Friday, October 2, 2026.

Our Promotions Team plays a vital role as the ultimate team promoters and energy drivers for fans at Belleville Senators home games. Bringing infectious enthusiasm, charisma, and outgoing personalities, the Promotions team helps ignite the crowd and create an exciting in-game atmosphere. Working collaboratively, the team executes a variety of high-impact in-game activations including fan engagement activities and corporate partnership promotions, both during stoppages in play and intermissions.

Production Crew Members are collectively responsible for driving the entertainment experience for Belleville Senators home games, with a primary focus on producing a high-energy, in-house show that maximizes fan experience. In addition, the crew plays a vital role in producing the live broadcast of Belleville Senators games, which are featured on arena TVs, the main video board, and streamed on AHLTV (FloHockey).

The Ice Maintenance Crew plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and smoothness of the AHL ice surface, working in close collaboration with facility staff. Together, they maintain the optimal conditions for all Belleville Senators home games. Ice Maintenance Crew Members also contribute to various on-ice activities, including setting up carpeting for on-ice presentations and assisting with promotions such as chuck-a-puck and other intermission activations.
