Value and community are keys for quick renewal for Belleville Sens season seat member

The Belleville Senators 2025-26 Season Seat Renewal campaign is off and running, and even one day in, it is seeing tremendous response around the Bay of Quinte, hitting a club record for memberships on the first day of a campaign!

Terri Korkush was the first season seat member to renew. She quickly answered the call from her Belleville Sens Ticket Rep, Alex Siragusa, and signed on again to support the Senators for their ninth season of American League Hockey action in the Friendly City.

Along with the great value on ticket prices and discounts on things like merchandise and food, Korkush, who’s a big fan of the hot dogs at CAA Arena, says her favourite SSM benefit is simply having a regular spot to watch the game from.

“The advantage for us is we always know the seat we’re sitting in; we don’t have to fight for a good spot. We’ve got great seats in section 104 and having that security of knowing that your seat’s there is number one.”

Korkush added that being a Season Seat Member really changes the feel of being at the rink, adding more personal connections on top of the hockey itself.

“You start to feel like you’re part of a community when you’re always there as a season seat member instead of a one-off. You get to know the other season seat members around you, you get to know your regular usher who might be in your section, and it just feels like a community, as opposed to randomly checking out a hockey game.”

Korkush is also the Executive Director at CVN Quinte, an organization that promotes social inclusion, individual choice, interdependence and all legal and constitutional rights for persons with a developmental disability. She says that while she’s not able to attend all 36 home games (as many fans have trouble doing), she passes along her unused tickets to share the fun and excitement of Belleville Sens Hockey and to introduce the AHL to those who might not have a chance to experience it.

“My employees and the people we support love the Belleville Senators, so season seat memberships (for us) are a great way to let them try it out and get a taste for the excitement. It’s a great opportunity for someone who maybe can’t afford tickets right away to try it out, and then sometimes, down the road, some of them have even bought their own season seat memberships,” says Korkush. “And again, my staff also have the opportunity if they’re not working, to use those tickets and go as well.”
