CIBC joins Belleville Sens to back BGHF during 2026 Hockey Fights Cancer Weekend

As the calendar turns to November, the Belleville Senators are preparing for one of the club’s largest and most well-supported fundraisers of the season: the return of Hockey Fights Cancer Weekend, presented by CIBC. 

Tying in with league-wide initiatives in the American Hockey League and National Hockey League, this year’s two-game Hockey Fights Cancer Weekend, presented by CIBC, will take place on Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7, 2026, when the Senators host the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL Affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers) and the Providence Bruins (AHL Affiliate of the Boston Bruins). 

Both games will begin at 7:00 p.m. at CIBC Place, with the Senators wearing special-edition HFC warm-up jerseys, which will be auctioned through the club’s DASH Online Auctions Page, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 6, 2026. The jersey auction will end at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2026. Fans can also purchase limited-edition Belleville Senators Hockey Fights Cancer toques for $30, with a portion of proceeds from jersey and toque sales, and other fundraising, benefiting the Dr. Douglas A. McIntosh Cancer Clinic at Belleville General Hospital.

We’re also grateful to have CIBC join us this year, helping us expand our impact and continue raising awareness and funds for an important cause.”

As part of the weekend, the Senators are proud to welcome a group of special guests who have been impacted by cancer and have either received or provided care at Belleville General Hospital. This is alongside other organizations continuing the conversation about the importance of local cancer care, how we continue to battle the disease, and how we keep cancer care close to home.
