About the Program

The Belleville Senators are excited to be able to launch our third season of the ‘Sens in School’ program for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

We continue to look forward to the opportunity to join schools around the Bay of Quinte region.  Over the past two seasons we have had the chance to meet students from the Hastings and Prince Edward, Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic, Kawartha Pine Ridge and Limestone school boards as well as a handful of independent schools in the region.  Each visit has welcomed our players with open arms and has allowed us to join their students in a wide variety of activities but to also share stories and experiences from their journey as a professional hockey player.

Our partnership with local school boards who have helped to spread the word to their schools and opened their doors for the ‘Sens in School’ program continues to be extremely valuable to our ability to bring impactful experiences to the community.

Participating schools will also be able to plan a date for their students, staff, families and friends to join together as a group at a Belleville Senators game this season.  Through incentive and rewards programs geared to give back to help school fundraising efforts we hope to see many schools joining us at games this season and hearing the cheers coming from their sections.

Due to player schedules they will not be leaving from CAA Arena until 1:00.  Please keep travel time in mind when applying as we will be asking for your afternoon school schedule to ensure that there is suitable time available to complete a visit.
